Building Services Engineer – Electrical Bias Location – London, EC2R 5AA Hours – Week 1 Tuesday – Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00 Week 2 Monday – Friday, 13:00 – 22:00 Are you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people? We are currently seeking a professional Building Services Engineer with Electrical Bias who will undertake the planned maintenance, reactive fault finding and repairs and occasional installation based within a core contract in London. You will be committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times and readily interact with our clients as required. The Building Services Engineer role: You will work independently to undertake the Planned Maintenance tasks requested, to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, Schedules and Procedures complete electronic/paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions. You will carry out the required electrical tests and recording the results on completion on electrical repairs and installations. As the Electrical Engineer, you will be required to provide emergency call-out support in respect of our clients’ needs in line with a rota basis. In addition, you will achieve a prompt effective response to emergency situations to ensure clients’ systems are not prejudiced and to maintain the continuity of operation as far as practical circumstance will allow. You will be capable of system fault diagnosis and initiating action to make safe/prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within our client premises. The Building Services Engineer Skills & Experience • Maintenance Electrical Engineer; Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electro technical Services (Electrical Maintenance) • Installation Electrical Engineer: Level 3 NVQ diploma in Electro technical System and Equipment (Buildings, Structure and Environment) • Suitable Older Qualification’s would be: - City and Guild 2330 - City and Guild 2365 level 3 - Apprentice entry level qualification would be; - Minimum of City and Guild 2357 • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation • Mechanical Engineering Qualifications We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week on a shift pattern and will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
