Overview
Finance Director £85,000 - £100,000 per annum Central London A reputable multisite business based in London’s West End requires a Finance Director who can work closely with the CEO on ensuring the business achieves its exciting growth plans. Operating in a hands-on manner with regards to daily/monthly accounting duties, the Finance Director will also assist in an upcoming round of fundraising, as well as work with all senior executives on the continued development of the business’ strategy. Duties to include: Management and development of a team of 4. Overseeing the initial set up of one new site, whilst working with the CEO to achieve the goal of 2 further sites by 2021. The implementation of new and improved systems, processes, and controls. Playing a key role with the CEO in securing private equity investment. Developing the current M.I and data analytics suite. Working closely with the Executive team to provide support on a range of new commercial activities, products, and initiatives. Working on the continued development of the company’s overall long-term strategy. Development of the company’s cash flow forecasting and general cash management procedures. Oversight and development of month end process. Ultimate responsibility for yearend accounting and all related returns. All budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the business. All other duties and projects as required within this small but rapidly expanding business. About You: Qualified accountant. Excellent technical accounting skills. Proven ability to add commercial value and support senior stakeholders. The gravitas and communication skills required to succeed in this pivotal role. Proven ability to implement robust systems, processes, and controls. The ability to challenge. Strategic outlook, with the ability to also operate on hands on/granular level.
