This is a glowing opportunity not to be missed As the Financial Director of Development, you will have overall responsibility for finance business partnering the Development business activities, including line management of approximately 3 employees, predominately based in London. You will be a commercially savvy, qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA or ACCA) (15 years) post qualified experience and possess exceptional ability to lead a Finance team at a senior level as well in a more hands-on capacity. You'll be a true Finance Business Partner with full responsibility for the integrity and reporting for the Development business segment. Accountable for the following: • Financial Accounting and Performance Management • Planning Cycle – weekly and quarterly Forecast, annual Budget, 5 yearly Strategic Plan • Financial Compliance & Control • Financial Risk Management • Business Partnering & Support • Team Leadership & Development You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
