Kingston upon Thames This is an exciting opportunity to join a global, consumer brand to play a key role in partnering with the European Businesses working alongside the Finance Director. This division is part of a privately held US company and is expected to see high growth in the near future. They are looking for an experienced FC who can lead the team and manage the end to end Financial Control as it develops within the UK. Role Responsibilities & Experience: Managing a team of 6, the FC will be experienced in end to end technical accounting, conducting monthly performances across the group including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, month end forecasting and budgeting reporting. Lead the UK and Ireland year end statutory accounts under IFRS and assisting with the consolidation processes. Support the preparation of relevant country VAT / Tax submissions Experience in financial control, group consolidation, annual reporting, US/ UK VAT/ Tax Accounting for transfer pricing, reporting of cash positions, long and short-term cash flow analysis Complete balance sheet reconciliations and technical accounting reviews ACA or ACCA qualified with previous experience in a Financial Controller position, and ideally managed a team
