Overview
I am currently working with a high profile organisation in their search for a successful Head of Analytics to join their team. The business are a consumer driven business based in the Midlands that have experienced year on year growth. A key focus of this role will be the ability to drive performance and change through data-driven analytics. You will translate their data into business strategy, ensuring the board has an improved understanding, along with stakeholders outside the direct team. The role will be responsible for designing their strategy, setting objectives across the business and leading on defining their roadmaps to support their agenda. They are looking for individuals who have a track record in driving an analytics strategy, with a commercial awareness to improve business efficiency. You will transform the data capability of the organisation and positively empower change.
