Overview
As part of continuous growth and development, our client is seeking a qualified solicitor to service demand for conveyancing services from our commercial client base. The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a growing Commercial Property Department. The team undertakes a wide range of commercial property matters from basic shop leases to complex development & funding matters and also provides corporate support to our commercial team. In this role you would have your own caseload of matters suited to your level of experience but would also assist on larger, more complex matters which would allow you to further develop your skill set. It's a great opportunity to join a friendly team of professionals and benefit from their huge range of knowledge and expertise. What’s Needed to be considered? A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ - 2 years PQE) Have experience of working in a Commercial Property department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge Job Synonyms: Commercial Property Solicitor, Commercial Solicitor, Commercial Property Lawyer, Commercial Property Legal Executive, Commercial Property Associate.
