JOB SUMMARY To provide a comprehensive administration support to the Reward team in Europe using discretion and confidentiality at all times, being positively perceived as representing Reward and HR. This includes administration of employee benefits programmes including medical and other insurances. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a general administrative service, including filtering questions in Reward inbox, dealing with standard queries, filing and printing; Maintain the Reward shared drive (cleansing, archiving as required) Organise and co-ordinate meetings for the Reward team liaising with all areas of the business; Offer proactive planning support, anticipating needs for meetings, seeking and co-ordinating information where appropriate, altering to forthcoming deadlines; Organise team meetings as required and make all necessary arrangements including invites, agenda, speakers etc. Act as initial point of contact for Reward team, fielding and filtering all general queries both internal and external; Support with itinerary for VP Total Reward & Wellness – Canada and Europe on visits to Europe Maintain team holiday cover needs and update VP; Act as administrator for department cost centre including raising purchase orders and liaising with Finance; Ability to use own initiative and Undertake ad hoc projects as appropriate. KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Proven administrative and organisational skills and experience Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum level Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Administration experience Good understanding of HR Positive approach, highly focused on delivering a professional service to customers ability to use own initiative Discrete and highly confidential Come and Discover Different at TJX.
