With us it's Personal Main Responsibilities: Chasing invoices ranging from £1000 up to £100,000 from a varied client base Handling customer queries and only escalating when necessary Making at least 40 calls per day Building new client relationships as well as maintaining existing ones Liaising with Sales team to understand each account Allocating cash to accounts Assessing credit worthiness and setting new customers up onto the system Running a disputes review on a weekly basis Getting involved with cash flow forecasting Any other ad-hoc duties as requested Personal Spec: Ambitious and driven - someone looking for the next step in their career Strong attention to detail Brilliant communication skills both written and verbal Intermediate Excel skills Confident in picking up the phone Good sense of humour Team player attitude Able to work in London Key Attributes: At least 2 years' experience in Credit Control but no more than 6 Must be immediately available to start new role
