The opportunity Be a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world. To assist ICT manager and take ownership of assigned tasks that relate to fm24 CAFM (Concept Evolution) system including the mobilisation of the systems for the fm24 helpdesks, accuracy of the data held within the systems, format and delivery of all system reports. The role includes project management of new client mobilisations implementation and management of CAFM and internal helpdesk systems to support the delivery of helpdesk services to new and existing fm24 clients. To continually maintain and implement enhanced working methods and/or processes in order to improve operational helpdesk CAFM efficiency within the scope of the helpdesk service in accordance with industry good practice. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the implementation of system changes within agreed timescales. Managing mobilisation of new client databases including data upload and amendments. Ensuring accuracy of data in liaison with the project management and appropriate management team Maintaining management processes to ensure accuracy of data. Producing of database reports to fm24 management team and clients as required to support business operations. Regularly liaising with client contacts to confirm requirements for reports and data, refine/redefine reports provided if necessary. Providing technical support to all end users of the helpdesk CAFM systems. Training of internal staff and managers in the use of systems and external end users (clients/supply chain). Proactively identifying opportunities to promote the CAFM database within the fm24 client base. Contributing towards robust database security. Maintaining data in a manner compliant with the data protection act, organisational and contractual requirements.
