Overview

Permanent support worker - Salisbury Your new company We are looking for support workers based within Salisbury to join this national provider of health & social care which supports children between the ages of 7 - 19 within a school environment. The role focuses on helping children and young people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Children within the school are on a 38 weeks a year school programme. Your new role This role on requires night support workers. The nightly duties of the support worker within this role is to do household tasks to assist with the day team, while also interacting and assisting with the service users before and after bed. You will also need to record activities during the night and do a handover to the day team at the start and finish of your shift. What you'll need to succeed To be able to succeed you will need to be extremely determined and have a great passion for the work, You will need to be motivated and passionate about helping people and have a positive and creative approach in meeting individual's needs. You will need to have relevant experience in care preferably with young people.
