As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will support the sales organisation by taking responsibility for daily customer interactions, providingexcellent customer service and executinginquiries and orders as per customer requirements. The successful candidate will be employed on a permanent basis and will be based out of our office in Havant, Hampshire United Kingdom. What are your main tasks and responsibilities? * Proactively provide exceptional customer satisfaction * Provide order acknowledgements and related support within customers' required lead time * Ensure contract/delivery adherence of product from existing quotation through to delivery, in collaboration with other business functions * Providefirst level technical support on WDSL products * Maintain good relationship with customers by providing quick & accurate acknowledgments/responses * Ensure handover of work is undertaken from Sales/Customer to Project/Design Engineering to ensure that delivery is met with minimal complications * Compliance at all times with appropriate QA and Health & Safety procedures What do we expect from you? * Proven experience in a sales and customer facing role is essential * Strong background in customer relations,negotiations and cost awareness * Excellent communicator with strong analytical problem-solving skillset * Confident in presenting and facilitating meetings * Innovative mindset * Strong team player with proven relationship building experience * Fluent in English, verbal and written * The job is offered subject to successfully obtaining security clearance.
