Job Description
Mediplacements are recruiting for a Superintendent Pharmacist for a private company working within the Pharma Industry. *Salary £45-£60k P.A. with opportunity for shares in company *London *Permanent *Full time only We are looking for a GPhC registered Pharmacist with at least 5 years' experience to work on running a compounding pharmacy which distributes personalised low risk medicines online. The candidate will need to show excellent people management skills, a high level of attention to detail and strong entrepreneurial skills. It is essential for candidates to have: *At least 2 years' experience in Management *A good understanding in Distant Selling *Must have a great level of compounding and formulation experience. *Sound experience in writing and reviewing policies is key. Further details as follows: *Ultimate responsibility for the clinical governance and regulatory compliance of the pharmacy. *Ensure all staff are trained to meet all legal requirements with the GPhC & MHRA. *Ensure best practices are setup and followed to ensure the quality of product and facility *Work with facility manager to setup a world class facility and continuously improve the safety, efficiency and quality of the facility.
