Overview

We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join a boutique Project Management consultancy operating within the Construction, Development and Property sectors. This firm has an outstanding array of projects with many being very large and technically challenging, and most being across the central band of the UK. Initially you will be working with a Senior Project Manager working on an extremely large new build retail development in Staffordshire. You will be acting a tenant liaison co-ordinator to work with a large number of tenants assisting them with the fitout of each unit with a large number running concurrently. For this period the role will be based on site which we expect to be around 5-6 months. You will be overseeing all their designs and working closely with each tenant. The successful candidate will therefore need to have extremely strong organisational skills and you will need to be able to communicate confidently with the tenants whilst juggling a large number of small projects. There is a strict process which will need to be followed.
