Overview
Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails or other backend OOP experience and a willingness to learn) to join ambitious startup. Their platform is driving positive social change - and they're hiring a Developer to help with that. Based in Edinburgh city centre and with a strong team of twenty (six of whom are Software Engineers), they've been going for around four years and are planning to scale the business and grow in 2020. Their tech stack includes: Ruby on Rails. MySQL. JavaScript with React and Gatsby. GraphQL. AWS, Docker, GitHub. You don't need to be experience with all of the above - they have a supportive team and have had great success with Engineers cross-training.
