Overview
Eden Brown is pleased to be partnering with a large disability charity in London on their Partnerships Programme Lead vacancy. One of the most future facing roles in the charity's Partnerships Team, it requires an ability to optimise existing innovative partnership activity from trusts and foundations, major gifts and Government sources, whilst creating an environment for new and future trends to take root and flourish. The Partnerships Programme Lead will work both nationally and locally to co-create opportunities with existing and new partners. You will have a unique opportunity to create innovative assets that amplify the impact we can have at charity. The role requires an awareness of future trends and an ability to spot, trail and grow new and innovative partnerships around social investment, social enterprise and other dynamic social finance models that could deliver future impact for charity. This role will be at the forefront of the charity's vision to transform lives by collaborating with game changing partners. This is a highly externally facing, customer-led role, developing exceptional relationships across a broad range of partnerships as well as taking the lead on mission critical partnerships that will deliver opportunities, including direct funding, in-kind support and opportunities to achieve reach, impact and sustainability, as well as developing new, entrepreneurial social funding models pursuit of their end goal. You will also maintain strong, sustainable partnership pipelines, with excellent retention rates, leading to innovative and impactful results and lead and manage an entrepreneurial, ambitious and focused team, delivering to a financial budget and target and implementing corrective action where required. We are looking for someone with experience of significant track record of generating 7 figure grants from Trusts and Foundations and Government, plus a good working knowledge of Major Gifts Fundraising, experience of building, leading and managing relationships internally and externally at all levels to successful outcomes end to end (from pitch/first meeting to outcome) and entrepreneurship with external partners in business collaborations.
