Job title: Finance Analyst Location: Central London Contract type: Temp Full Time - (3-4 Months) Weekly hours: 37.5 Salary per hour: £25.00 A reputable housing association based in Central London are looking for a interim Finance Analyst who will assistant with the year end audit. If you have strong data mining skills and can deliver balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner, we want to hear from you Key deliverables: Strong data mining skills to draw out meaningful information Deliver all balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner Helping out with other adhoc yearend projects as finance manager allocates. Timely identification of budget overspends All output to be delivered with high attention to presentation, detail and accuracy. Customer satisfaction displayed through robust relationships with budget holders. Strong member of the Management Reporting team, supporting and helping team members in the delivery of service to the business units. Strong reputation for planning, organising and demonstrating personal integrity. Proactively demonstrates continuous improvement. Essential criteria Experience in Financial and Management accounting Experience in the year end audit process Experience of yearend financial closedown and associated reporting requirements Experience with the completion of balance sheet recs is a must Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel) Knowledge of accounting software (particularly Sun Accounts) Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts/statistics to finance and non-finance staff Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines and targets Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
