Overview

We are working with a respected e-commerce business that has seen significant growth in recent years. They are looking for a commercially minded finance manager to take charge of all things FP&A. The role will partner with the CFO and CEO and will get first-hand experience in growing a successful but niche brand. Ownership and further development of the companies detailed excel-based financial forecasting model to support and drive rapid business growth Regular reforecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling, and updating for historic performance Development of profitability models and analysis of sub-business categories including concessions and new lines of business Collaboration with senior management to provide analysis and validate key drivers/variables Scrutinise the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics on and offline Assist in developing customer insight tools and techniques across the business (including forecasting, testing & proposition modelling) Future trend and market mapping analysis Other ad hoc tasks as requested The individual: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Entrepreneurial and self-starter Excellent excel modeller Excellent attention to detail Retail / e-commerce experience preferred Collaborative and good communication skills Comfortable working with all levels of management
