The team support a gentleman with a learning disability and Autism to live in his own home home. The role includes supporting with all aspects of daily living including personal care and medication and providing encouragement to support him to undertake activities that he enjoys such as meals at Pizza hut and using his trampoline. We are looking to recruit a full time post; you'll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota which will include alternate weekend working. The gentleman we support has his own motability vehicle to access the community safely and therefore a full clean driving licence is ESSENTIAL for this role.
