Overview
Your new role and responsibilities Help maintain the firm's risk policy framework within the Risk Resilience team, ensuring the framework is in line with the firm's risk appetite Acting as a key identifier of critical risk across the firm's IT infrastructure including cyber, operational controls, business continuity BAU operational risk tasks; RCSAs, KRIs, controls and frameworks Provide challenge to the Business on the risks associated with their BAU and Change activities Ad-hoc tasks and projects Effectively assess and manage operational risk and to limit exposure to operational losses What you'll need to succeed 5 years experience in Financial Services in an Operational/Resilience Risk role Strong knowledge of Operational Risk controls and frameworks Able to manage numerous projects simultaneously Team management skills Excellent stakeholder management Knowledge of critical IT infrastructure including cyber risk and information security Ideally you will have - Experience working within other risk fields (market, liquidity or credit) Masters' degree in a relevant discipline Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
