Our client is a fast-growing professional services consultancy based near waterloo that specialises in placing digital, tech, marketing, and sales professionals. They are looking for a motivated and confident Credit Controller to take full responsibility of collecting and allocating cash across multiple currencies such as GBP, EUR, CHF, AED. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop with an impressive fast-growing professional services business. Responsibilities: Raising payment issues to senior credit controller Chasing payments via telephone and email Collecting cash by invoices Hitting KPI’s set by FC Sending monthly statements Cash Allocation Sending out invoices each week Allocating income receipts Chasing up remittances Allocating details from client portals Allocating PO’s to invoice Maintaining existing relationship Build report with clients Upload invoice to client portals Receiving and resolving queries Maintaining customer information Updating payments Attributes This role requires the following personal attributes: A confident telephone manner A positive, can-do attitude Professional and calm demeanor Attention to detail Negotiation Interpersonal skills Skills and Experience This role requires the following skills and experience: Knowledge of Microsoft excel Previous experience working within a recruitment company Experience with using Sage 50 Accounts Experience with using Xero
