International Modelling Agency - ASAP Start - Sloan Square - Excellent salary and exciting perks This role would be perfect for either an experienced Credit Controller, or an accounts expert who is highly driven and happy to pick up the phone to the clients The role: Ensuring clients pay on time and chase any overdue invoices via email and phone Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices and payments Handling disputed bills and negotiating payment within the agreed terms. Creating and sending legal letters if clients are not paying Send regular reminder emails to all clients that are due to pay Daily banking - post incoming payments to account and allocate. Chase for remittances if not supplied Send client and model statements as and when required Set up, process and post weekly model payment runs Deal with model email queries; providing them updates on their account Assisting with model queries when they come in the office on Friday Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by FD About you: Interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with staff and models confidently Self-motivated and able to manage own workload Not afraid to contribute, be inquisitive and a team player Attention to detail and being able to spot irregularities
