Overview
Commercial Property Solicitor - South Devon An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join the Real Estate department of an established regional law firm within their office in Chard. The Commercial Property Team have seen considerable growth in recent years and with access to a high quantity of good quality work this growth is set to continue for the foreseeable future, In order to service this extra work a hard working Commercial Property Solicitor is now required to join their team. You will be required to manage a busy caseload of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to; ??acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and banking, finance and loan agreements. The successful candidate will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor that has in excess of 2 years PQE, You will be technically strong and be able to provide expert Commercial advice to a range of clients.
