They have very ambitious growth plans. The guy who runs the show is extremely well connected in the PHP & JS space, there's a good chance you'll know of him or will have heard of him. They are tech agnostic so you will find yourself exploring technologies outside of PHP & JavaScript although what they are looking initially for is someone with experience in these two programming languages. They also use modern devops tooling so you'll be working with AWS, Docker, Travis CI etc This particular role is full-stack and the weighting is quite even between front and back. The role would suit someone who has PHP experience (ideally with framework exp. Laravel, Symfony, Slim, Yii etc) and then experience in JavaScript (again any framework experience will land well - particularly React or VueJS) Culture-wise they have an open and honest culture where people are encouraged to share ideas and challenge the status quo.
