Weekend support worker - Central Bournemouth Your new company We are looking for support workers to join this national provider of health & social care to help support adults with complex learning difficulties. The role is based in Bournemouth and the residential home supports up to 12 residents ranging from 18 - 65 years of age. Your new role As a support worker you will be providing good quality care to the residents while assisting in day to day delegated household tasks. The role of a support worker is extremely rewarding and your role will be supporting individuals in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, household tasks and community access. The role is looking for weekend workers who are able to work from 8 am - 9 pm both Saturday and Sunday What you'll need to succeed To be able to succeed you will need to be extremely determined and have a great passion for the work, You will need to be motivated and passionate about helping people and have a positive and creative approach in meeting individual's needs. You will need to have relevant experience in care preferably with young people. NVQ level 3 is preferable but not essential. You will need to be a car driver.
