Overview
One of the world’s largest and best-recognised media brands is seeking an exceptional Finance Analyst to join their TV/Film division. Reporting into an impressive FP&A Manager, this newly-created role will have involvement in a variety of financial functions, including management reporting, finance operations, monthly close process, and business development activities. Candidates must be qualified with demonstrable experience of preparing the monthly close process. They must well-versed in generating periodic and ad-hoc financial reports and annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts. Whilst prior experience of the TV/Film sector isn’t a necessity, a genuine interest in and passion for this area is key. The successful candidate will sit with the commercial team and conversation around new titles etc is common-place; as such, is it key that the Finance Analyst can make a valuable contribution to these discussions. The business is growing at an impressive rate - this particular team has tripled in size and the wider business doubled in recent years. This growth looks set to continue and, as such, development and progression opportunities will exist for those who deliver and impress.
