Change Specialist Aldgate London Job Description: Pontoon has an exciting opportunity for a Change Specialist to join a prestigious financial services company. As a Change Specialist, you will deliver successful change that meets business objectives through end to end business partnering service to our business customers. The successful candidate will apply high levels of competence across the breadth of change disciplines and expert competencies Duties: Act as an end-to-end change business partner for all business teams Use knowledge and experience to work with the Lead Change Specialists to continually improve and innovate company approach and adoption of Change and Transformation Working in partnership with our outsource partner, developing strong relationships and travel to our partnership sites as required Deliver business objectives using full breadth of expert change disciplines and expert competencies: Project Management - Managing projects through the project lifecycle using industry standard project and delivery methodologies to plan, monitor, execute and deliver all projects successfully to realise benefits Scrum Master - Leading Agile SCRUM teams, ensuring backlogs are prioritised and Sprints are optimised across the delivery cycle, coaching the SCRUM teams in the adoption of agile practices Agile Working - Works with all Agile disciplines and practises, able to choose the most effective Agile tools and techniques to apply to enable more effective delivery Business Analysis - Works with all those impacted by changes to define processes and build business requirements and develop fit for purpose solutions that improve business performance Continuous Improvement - Identifies and implements process improvements that increase business performance and productivity and coaching business teams to achieve their own changes through applying best in class CI tools and techniques Business Readiness - Enable business teams and leaders to prepare and successfully implement all levels of change, ensuring business teams have the tools and techniques to own and embed their changes successfully It would be great to see candidates with: Leadership - Demonstrating gravitas through leading virtual teams comprising of business, delivery and partnership areas, and external suppliers. Applying 'thought leadership' to lead the organisations thinking regarding Change and Transformation Strategic Thinking - Challenging business leaders and teams to realise company's ambitious goals and achieve the transformation required within the Strategy for the 2020s Facilitation - Use expert facilitation tools and techniques to bring people together from across the organisation, partnership, stakeholder groups and external third parties - facilitating their collaboration and challenge to deliver business objectives Stakeholder Management - Managing diverse stakeholders and their varying requirements and styles. Leading stakeholders to ensure they trust that they are working in partnership with the Change and Transformation team to deliver the right thinking, environment and solutions across the whole of the change journey Innovation - Continual focus on new and evolving ways to improve solutions and business performance. Demonstrating 'out of the box' thinking to challenge the norm and create higher business performance Desirable qualifications: PRINCE 2 or equivalent professional qualification Lean Six Sigma Scrum Master BCS Business Analysis qualification Pontoon is part of the Adecco Group which is an equal opportunities employer.
