Overview
CFO - Food Tech Start-up- London This role is crucial to the growth of an innovative food tech start-up. The CFO will be responsible for developing and running the finance function in a hands-on fashion. The CFO will have full responsibility for the P&L, production of MI and board packs, reporting and cash management. The CFO will also take on a variety of strategic responsibilities helping to shape the firm's future. This includes fundraising, investor relations and engaging closely with the CEO and PE backers. The role: Full responsibility for the management of the Finance function Supporting the CEO and investors in additional fund raising, mid-term financial planning and longer-term growth strategy Management of FP&A, MI, Financial Systems, cash management and Financial Reporting In the start-up environment, the CFO will play an important role in Company Decision Making and be required to work on a range of projects with Finance Required Experience: Prior experience within a tech or logistics business Experience of fundraising Somebody who enjoys working in a fast-growing SME environment Experience managing FP&A, MI, Reporting and Cash Management Excellent communicator High degree of business acumen Qualified Accountant or MBA Offered Package: Up to £130,000 Please email or give me a call on .
