Overview

Our client is a leading machine learning platform and they are now looking to recruit a highly commercial CFO to partner the CEO as they embark on the next stage of the company’s growth. The business is growing exponentially and is well-positioned to capitalise on the success they’ve enjoyed to date. A key part of the incoming CFO’s role will be to lead on the next investor round and importantly the successful candidate will need to have previous experience building a team, including systems and processes to support the business as it scales. Responsibilities: Responsible for all financial operations Partnering CEO on commercial and strategic decisions Develop and lead a small, growing finance team Implement new IT systems, policies and controls to support growth on an international basis Tight cash flow management Manage key stakeholder relations, including banks and investors This is a fast-paced business and the role would ideally suit somebody with previous experience working in an entrepreneurial, exit driven technology business.
