Job Description
Our client is a Family office, with a large European mixed-asset portfolio. We are looking to recruit a CFO with previous fund / private equity exposure and real estate expertise. Job Description * Being involved and contributes in the fast growth of the Real Estate fund * Being the number 2 of the team and the right hands of the CEO * Improve, organize the team through processes design and management * Team management of people spread in different jurisdictions * Participate in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness. * Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance. * Enhance credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO. * Prepare monthly budget to actual analyses of key drivers and results. * Establish and/or maintain all corporate accounting policies and procedures * Maintain the records of the company in accordance with generally accepted accounting policies The ideal candidate for will have the following: * Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required (MBA desired) * 10 to 17+ years of progressive financial management experience in the private sectors (family office, fund, investment or property company) * Experience with leading budgeting and forecasting processes * Experience with complex financing * Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, internal controls, operational risk assessment and financial reporting * Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders * Independent, self-directed and self-motivated What's On Offer * Competitive base salary * Bonus structure * Direct communication with CEO * Boutique setting * Growing real estate business * Work in a dynamic and international atmosphere
