Overview

The Sales Analyst drives proactive management, optimisation and accurate forecasting of our customer sales operating cadence and productivity for SiteMinder’s Global sales and delivery teams. This includes sales planning and forecasting, process optimisation, reporting and pipeline management. The Sales Analyst is accountable for creating and refining sales processes and procedures to ensure the global customer team can perform at an optimum level. What you will do: Building a fully integrated forecast management function across sales and delivery in a transactional SaaS based environment Developing and managing predictive and repeatable customer revenue forecasting tools and processes for SiteMinder’s Sales and Delivery organisation. Working with key stakeholders, including our CEO, CSO, CFO, our global revenue FP&A team, Regional Managers of Sales, Delivery, and Finance to ensure revenue performance aligns with planned business growth and are accurately reported on. Driving revenue pipeline management and cadence to ensure monthly targets are met. Ensuring that all revenue processes are optimised, monitored and adopted effectively across the sales organization. Anticipating performance and headcount risks/shortfalls, taking proactive risk mitigating steps to address them. Being responsible for and oversee the production of customer revenue reports and reporting dashboards for monitoring of KPI’s.
