Overview
Global Accounting Network are working with an international, private equity backed, entertainment business. Our client is a prominent leader in their field and prides themselves on their core values and expertise as they continue to develop significantly through recent acquisitions. This position will support the UK&I and European business, supporting the Commercial and Pricing teams of the business, assisting with projects and key strategic business initiatives. The role will have a lot of exposure to senior stakeholders, for reporting and delivery of business. Key Responsibilities: Work as a business partner with senior leadership teams across different functions to develop business cases; Analyse and prepare long-term planning, budgeting and forecasting; Ensure financials are presented clearly and in a timely manner; Identify business trends, providing insights, conclusions and recommendations; Support continuous improvement across UK&I planning controls, processes and reporting; Develop and use business knowledge and systems skills; Annual budget process and quarterly forecasts; Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses which focus on emerging trends to aid business insight and identify opportunities for performance improvement. Profile: CIMA Qualified accountant - (or ACA/ACCA); Commercial Finance/FP&A experience; Multi-site budgeting and forecasting experience; Able to deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.
