Customer Service Team Leader Permanent £30,000 22 days' holiday - increases with length of service 40 Hours Do you have previous experience of managing a small/medium customer service team? As a service business, this company has grown from strength to strength and they now need a Customer Service Team Leader to supervise their service coordination team. Duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Team Leader role includes: · To ensure all service coordinators perform their duties in line with their job description. · To ensure all processes and procedures are in place that will enable the office to operate efficiently and effectively. · To recruit high calibre staff suitable to perform the duties as detailed in the job description · Support all team members, help and guide them to resolve issues · To conduct regular reviews to ensure each person is maximising their potential · Conduct weekly / monthly team meetings to update members · Provide excellent quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations to a satisfactory and timely resolution · Fully understand the office operating systems to check, monitor, report, correct and update all functionality relevant to the service office Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Team Leader r ole: Management experience and a track record of supporting and developing a team. Strong understanding of business administration & processes with the ability to make improvements Experience of working in a busy commercially driven environment where high levels of customer service are consistently delivered. Working and co-operating with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and internal efficiency is provided.
