Bionical Solutions LTD are seeking a Regional Nurse Manager. In the role you will lead, manage and drive performance of a team of community-based HCA's, ensuring that we are always delivering an exceptional service, setting high standards and promoting continual reflection and innovation. You'll be expected to demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking, strong interpersonal skills as part of managing key customer relationships with the NHS and also Pharmaceutical companies. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and develop HCAs to execute service excellence by ensuring people management plans, processes and systems are in place and appropriate SOPs are developed, reviewed and adhered to Work with Clinical Leadership team to design and implement operational plans to ensure delivery of service and quality standards within all operational areas Continuously improving & evolving services to increase patient and HCP satisfaction. Lead operational discussions during formal business reviews with service stakeholders, commissioners and payers including NHS and local Pharma partners when appropriate. Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act regulations 2010 by adhering to the regulations of all national regulatory bodies standards at all times and supporting your Clinical Operations Manager or Clinical Director with compliance visits Ensure all nursing service documents, protocols and Nurse guidance documents are available to team and that only latest controlled versions are utilised Work with the clinical leadership team to ensure that all HCAs delivering services are competent to do so and have an up to date training record Actively champion clinical nurse excellence across the Health Outcomes division and ensure all nurses who treat patients are trained appropriately, supported and have the infrastructure and skills to deliver clinical excellence Clinically lead the team and to act as a single point of contact for clinical support and advice Ensure all adverse events / incidents / complaints and issues are captured, reported and resolved Influence and implement best practice and disseminate new guidance across the teams within the specialist areas of practice Be a recognised expert and credible in both the therapy area and operational implementation of services Deputise for line manager, providing cross-cover for annual leave etc. as required Ensure valid and up to date NMC Registration or any other required professional registration is held and always maintained for both yourself and your team Maintain own professional profile in relation to the NMC revalidation and attending post - basic courses / study days as agreed with your line manager Ensure all required service KPIs and performance measures are captured, presented and interpreted in a timely and compelling manner both internally and to clients and NHS centres Ensure your own compliance with all Bionical policies and procedures Be fully aware of and understand through relevant training provided by Bionical and Pharma customer of the duties and responsibilities attaining to the safeguarding of all patients Undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time consistent with the responsibilities of the grade and skillCompetency/skill requirement and personal attributes for role: What experience do you need? Ability to motivate others and exercise clinical leadership Passionate about high quality patient care Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Well organised with good time management skills Ability to react to change positively and quickly A positive attitude Self-motivated and a good motivator of others Shows commercial acumen A current driving licence Good presentation skills Expert level knowledge of therapies relevant to the service offering Qualifications & Experience RGN Part 1 NMC Register Degree - BSc Nursing Strong Clinical Background, experience in Clinical Homecare or the delivery of Patient Support Programmes Experience in a community setting (essential) Clinical teaching experience Previous experience as a Nurse Manager (NHS or private) Track record of successfully training and developing other nurses Nursing mentorship/preceptorship qualification (desirable) Due to a high level of applications please bear with us whilst we deal with incoming profiles.
