Overview
Customer Service Expert My client are growing their call centre team and as such have several exciting Customer Service positions that deal with in-bound and out-bound calls. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of exceptional service to all customers and clients that call in or email to make enquiries and who are seeking further information on products. You will work to set KPI's and SLA's but please be advised this is NOT a cold calling role. All outbound calls are responding to very warm customer enquiries. Ideally you will need to have at least 12 months experience of working with a customer service / sales call centre environment and have dealt with in-bound and out-bound calls. You will need to be comfortable working to set targets and proven experience of working to targets previously. You must be driven, a great team player, excellent at building great rapport and a confident negotiator.
