Customer Service Team Leader £35,000 Chester Shortlist Recruitment are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join a dynamic financial services business. The primary role of the Customer Services Team Leader is to lead and support the Customer Service department focusing on complaints management. The successful Customer Service Team Leader will support the team with learning & development, escalations and workflow. The Customer Services Team Leader will be responsible for: * Managing daily contact with customers via digital and telephony channels * Complaints management * Escalations * Manage team performance * Coaching and training * Plan rotas * Exceed regulatory requirements * Assist senior management with reporting and analysis * Recruitment The successful Customer Service Team Leader must have: * Experience in retail financial services * Experience in complaints management * Understanding of financial services regulations For the successful Customer Service Team Leader you will be rewarded with a salary up to £35,000, depending on experience, and have access to an extensive benefits package.
