Overview

You will be making excellent use of information gathered to impress the customer with company knowledge and expertise in order to secure a visit with one of the Consultants. The Customer Service Advisor willbe highly organised and have the drive to perform and exceed set targets within the department. Key Responsibilities: To deliver outstanding customer service on every call and going the extra mile for customers To resolve issues in a timely manner and in line with the overall company guidelines Feeding back to Team Managers on opportunities to enhance the customer experience Feeding back to Managers on opportunities to improve companies’ processes To adhere to all Customer Support team and company procedures Effective communication with customers, both internal and external To meet all call SLAs Essential Skills: Outstanding verbal communication skills Commercially minded and able to negotiate and influence A high performer and proven sales achiever Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail IT literacy of the following packages: Windows, Word and Excel. Confident and able to use initiative Have good geographical knowledge of the UK. Proven ability within a sales environment.
