Financial Accounting Manager - Multinational beauty company Your new company Currently I`m recruiting a new Financial Accountant for a multinational beauty company based in Central London. At the moment the company is recruiting a new Financial Accountant to join the finance team. The financial accounting role is a key role within the business. You will work closely with the Group Financial Controller in ensuring the accurate and efficient management and financial accounting, reporting and control of the group. Your new role Month-end closing process Accounting and controlling personnel cost for the business with variance analysis Declare the VAT return and the local tax authorities Monitor the working capital and prepare the cash flow forecasts Develop the working relationships with the EMEA accounting team Review of the bank reconciliation and define new process for all various cash incoming for stores Act as main point of contact for external auditors What you'll need to succeed For this role we are looking for someone who is: ACMA, ACCA or ACA qualified Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP Experience of planning and managing the completion of financial audits Exposure to French GAAP is an advantage Retail experience is a preference but not a must What you'll get in return As the new Financial Accountant you will work in an international environment with a lot of exposure to other markets.
