Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Manager for our Paignton based client. They offer a friendly working environment, and this role would suit a candidate who wants to implement new structure to gradually make things more efficient. They are a multi-channel retailer, and as such you will be dealing with telephone, email and even written enquiries. This is not a call centre environment, and as such, it’s fairly laid back. They really focus on first class customer service, and ensure each customer feels valued. Their brands are popular, and very good quality. Duties will include - Leading & Motivating the team. Ensuring the customers receive excellent customer service, and any issues are resolved efficiently. Ensuring that solutions offered are cost effective to the business and meet the customers’ expectations. Develop, manage and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency. Manage resources effectively. Recruit, train and develop team members. Maintain close contact with the third party they outsource some of the out of hours customer service to. Ensure that there is a clear line of communication with all internal departments. Reporting & Analysis. Dealing with escalated complaints, troubleshooting and resolving them in accordance with targeted timescales. Ensure that all the systems are always running smoothly. The hours of operation are from 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday. However, a lot of the out of hours work is picked up by a third party. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who can commit to 37 hours a week and can ideally be flexible to work these hours between 7am - 5pm during the week.
