Our client is looking for an Offshore Site Security Contact:

Qualifications:

5 years’ work experience in an offshore environment in a security role, or 10 years of progressively responsible experience within relevant commercial organizations

Ideal candidates would have minimum 5 years law enforcement, security, or military-related experience that includes exposure to staff supervision, security program administration, crime prevention and crisis management.

Degree in the Security field, Policing, Criminology or Business Administration, or commensurate applicable experience including: Knowledge of asset management and protection, Security program management (Onshore & Offshore), Security logistics, Well versed with security legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide appropriate security-related support to Company offshore activities.

Contribute to the on-going development and implementation of security plans for offshore activities.

Maintain an effective security program that includes policies, practices, procedures, equipment and technology required to respond quickly and appropriately to security emergencies and evacuations on a cost-effective basis.
