Job Description

We are currently recruiting for our client based close to Manchester for a Customer Contact Officer for a not for profit business. You will be working with an amazing team and for a business who are truly passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is a temporary role, initially working from home, with an immediate start paying £10.50 + per hour. Previous experience within housing or repairs is preferred About The Role: * Answering inbound calls in relation to repairs issues and being the first point of contact * Dealing with a variety of different calls and queries including taking payments, arranging repairs and maintenance and dealing with complaints * Working in a fast paced contact centre to strict targets * Mainly phone based with some live chat and email response * Using the in house system to accurately record information Essential Skills & Experience * Own laptop/computer is essential as equipment will not be provided however you will be given access to their system * Own telephone is required in order to take and receive calls * Must be computer literate including Excel * Dealing with vulnerable customers therefore must be resilient and thick skinned * Friendly and customer service focussed with an empathetic and caring personality * Must be experienced working in a fast paced environment * Previous housing experience within would be ideal * Experience dealing with repairs or maintenance queries is preferred * Must have inbound customer service experience from within a contact centre * Must have a GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English About The Benefits * £10.50 + per hour * Office Hours between the hours of 8am and 6pm - 35 hours a week * Possibility of longer term work * Full training on the internal system provided * Weekly pay * Working for an award winning, not for profit business, who are truly passionate about providing excellent customer service To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV today!
