Contact Centre Sales Advisor - 9 Month FTC Eurocentral, Motherwell OTE 24,600-32,000 40 hours per week 5 day working week - Shifts: Monday to Thursday 8am to 9pm, Friday & Saturday 8am to 6pm & Sundays 10-5pm Unlike other conventional call centres you can feel the passion, humour, fun and buzz of excitement as soon as you step through the door on the PVL BDC. We are actively looking to recruit a Business Development Sales Advisor as our BDC Contact Centre has grown over the last 4 years and is right at the heart of our sales successes. The team is now over 20 strong with half of these in Sales. Due to our phenomenal success and growth we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our BDC Contact Centre family. What you will be doing This job is to receive inbound calls, emails, internet enquiries or text web chat from guests or potential guests who need some support or advice in purchasing a used car and you will ensure that all queries are managed in line with our high quality control standards. The job also involves making outbound calls to customers where you have promised a call-back. There is a sales element to this job so if you don't like that idea then this isn't the job for you. The sales part of the job involves you proactively suggesting test drives and cars to meet customers' requirements or specifications. This means that, like most jobs nowadays you will have some KPI's and quality standards to meet. * Maintain rapid response time in line with KPIs set by Manufacturer and Department. * Responds to and resolves any potential guest issue escalating where necessary to your Line Manager. * Seek information from the guest to identify needs and requirements, in a courteous and professional manner. * Ensure continual development of Brand Knowledge, including campaign updates, products, stock changes and awareness of competition. * Ensure you are meeting and exceeding seasonal appointment & order targets * Ensure you are meeting and exceeding call activity targets. * Ensure all appropriate systems are updated in a timely and compliant manner * Ensure department standards are met (80%) for positive booked outcome for inbound calls. * Maintain up-to-date access logins for all BDC user systems including but not limited to IPscape Agent, Basic Workspace, FastTrack, Lead Connect, VEE24, Contact at once, Enquiry Max, BMWs Portal, Auto Trader Portal, Stock Management and Kerridge.
