Overview
Search HR are delighted to be working with a growing business based outskirts of Leeds, who are looking for a Head of HR/HR Manager to join their growing company. This will initially be a stand alone position however there are future plans being put in place to ensure you can grow your team. You will be reporting into the Group Managing Director who is looking forward to being able to assist you with the changes being made within the business and offer you a level of autonomy. You will cover 2 sites with approximately 250 member of staff. Offering a base salary between £40,000 to £50,000 DOE.
