This broker is well established, growing dynamically and offers real progression Are you bright, enthusiastic, thrive in a busy sales environment and enjoy achieving personal and team goals? Do you have Insurance experience or proven sales and customer service experience? The role is a great blend of admin, organisational, IT & case management skills, re-prioritising a changing, evolving personal workload - also exemplary customer service and lots of customer contact in a call centre phone based role, sourcing and presenting insurance solutions tailored to meet each customer's very individual needs. There is great insurance training, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution exams (Cert CII), which is funded by the employer, plus a number of training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study. The role is about giving your customers better, cheaper or more comprehensive insurance cover for a range of motor insurance policies. You will win each customer's trust and loyalty through a listening approach, great customer service and your memorable personality and attention to detail. The benefits package includes training, professional qualifications, a pension scheme, holiday entitlement of 22 days to start. Salary on offer is £18-25k, depending on experience. The hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 > 17:30 (except one day between Monday - Thursday where a late shift of 11:00>20:00 would be required, however they do their best to accommodate around home life) and also working Saturday: 09:00 > 16:00 on a 1 in 4 rota basis. They also provide Death in service benefit of £100 an Employee perkbox account and 22 days holiday plus bank holiday (increased by an extra day per year after 2 full years employment) to start. The role is permanent and full time.
