Job Description
To meet our ambition of delivering an exciting and outstanding educational experience, we are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring lecturer with skills in Motor Vehicle technologies and Health and Safety ideally with a proven record of high success and a strong desire to encourage learners to reach their full potential. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate students through the use of varied teaching and learning strategies and use delivery methods that include technology and blended learning. This post provides an excellent opportunity for a teacher with enthusiasm and drive who is committed to lively, student-centered teaching. The post will be predominantly to teach and assess on courses which accommodate learners with ranging abilities. We currently offer Level 1 and Level 2 full time courses alongside Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their maximum potential. As well as teaching across the Motor Vehicle courses it is expected the successful candidate can embed skills in English and maths and act as a positive role model for the learners entering the motor trades industry. We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers who hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification or an experienced industry expert wanting to achieve their teaching qualification.
