Our client is a successful motor insurance broker and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Motor Insurance Administrator. We are looking for candidates who have at least two years previous experience in a motor insurance advisor or insurance administrator role. The Role: Reporting to the general manager you will provide administrative support for all customer related enquiries for new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments for motor fleet insurance policies. Your key duties will include but is not limited to the following; * Process all inquiries received from clients and underwriters ensuring effective written/verbal communication throughout * Collate accurate risk details required to obtain suitable cover at best possible price * Process renewals and mid-term adjustments * Effective diary management & updating policy data * Assist with business development activities * Arrange premium payments and /or issue cancellation letters Candidate: You will have at least 2 years motor insurance advisor or personal lines experience and you will have an excellent understanding of motor insurance. Applicants with previous experience in fleet will have an advantage. You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator and good IT skills.
