Are you a dynamic, caring and understanding individual, seeking the position of a deputy manager? Apply NOW Your new company Hays Social Care are working alongside a specialist residential and domiciliary service in Oxford supporting individuals who have a criminal background in addition to diagnosis of mental health disorders and associated complex needs: such as personality disorder, mild learning disabilities, acquired brain injury and associated challenging behaviours. Your new role Your duties will include supporting the home manager, and deputising in their absence, to undertake all aspects of managing the home, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained and adhering to all requirements and regulations. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will have considerable experience within a forensic mental health environment. Have a 'can do' attitude to new tasks, motivated, hard working and enthusiastic in your approach. You will have the ability to adapt to new situations and read other efficiently. Work calmly and efficiently within a busy and intensive environment dealing with unpredictable situations. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive salary of £10.50 per hour.
