Overview

Partner Financial are working in collaboration with an international property consultancy; a market leader in their field, this is a key role which will own and manage the financials for a division experiencing an exponential period of growth. This is a prime opportunity to consolidate both commercial and financial accounting skills to position yourself for the next stage in your career. The role reports to the Managing Director, providing key support from a financial perspective, this is an opportunity to support the achievement of ambitious growth targets. With the backing of a motivated leadership team, this, already profitable, and growing division allows the successful appointee to benefit from the mentorship of a committed leadership team and from a high level of visibility within the EMEA function. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Acting as the main finance lead for EMEA wide division Supervising one offshore report Designing and delivering key management information reports for the senior leadership team Attending and participating in set periodic business review meetings with EMEA C-Suite Working in collaboration with operational teams to produce flash reports and support daily decision making Driving commercial investment analysis via scenario modelling Supporting commercial initiatives with the provision of commercial insight Ownership of P&L for several service lines ensuring cost drivers correctly allocated Reviewing and authorising monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations Delivering financial statements and key audit point of contact for EMEA finance Profile: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Ability to make sound commercial decisions in line with key deadlines Proven track record in building successful, business partnering relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally Experience of working in a high growth business would be advantageous Sound financial accounting skills including the delivery of financial statements and clean audits Excellent communication skills including the ability to support and present to the senior leadership team Excellent systems skills including advanced Excel and the ability to interpret complex models US GAAP/SOX knowledge desirable but not essential Interested candidates should send their CV to Estha Heiden.
