Overview
A very unique e-commerce firm is looking for a Finance Director to support the Founder and CFO in future ventures and avenues that the company will pursue. This organisation has recently completed a multi-million pound fund-raising round and has successfully capitalised by being backed by multiple PE funds. About the Role In this Finance Director position, you will be the sole person in finance but will have the opportunity to grow a team around you in the near future. Key responsibilities include: Bringing finance alive, processes and systems, with immediate scope for recruitment to grow the team Looking after reporting as well as commercial decision making Dealing with PE Houses on investment matters Reporting directly to the CEO Taking on a hands-on role from day one, helping grow the business Person Specification The ideal Finance Director will demonstrate the following attributes: Qualified Accountant – ACA / ACCA / CIMA Retail/ Product focused industry background E-commerce experience Experience building the finance function On Offer There is a salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum on offer to the appointed Finance Director.
