Overview
Main tasks and responsibilities: Investigate and analyze the factory gaps consumption in terms of ingredient and packaging. Work in a dotted line with others department Drive the improvement and training to reduce the product waste (production and process including packaging and ingredient) Be responsible for the new product changeover implementation in process and on the production (in collaboration with NPD and the production manager) Be responsible for the training of the process and production operator when a new changeover is implemented Be responsible for the process and production recovery by making sure everybody is aware and trained properly (including ingredient and packaging on the production lines) To ensure every operator are following the rules in terms of waste management (recovery, priming, pushes, etc.…) Plan and run trial in the factory to achieve your objective of reducing wastage and increasing the efficiency of the production line. Co-ordinate the execution of all medium-term action plans & ensure resolution in a timely, sustainable & cost-effective manner Create a standard of good practices et record the data for the development of operators' skills Cover the cost controller during his holidays Assist the production manager on some mission Candidate Profile: Graduate in food industry, Junior accepted Knowledge of Continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing is essential Experience working in a food factory Problem-solving skills and driven and determined to achieve results Be able to show vision and have ambition to make change happen Strong analytical, project and product management skills, a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate into operational requirements and potentials Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Open minded Organisational skills To inspire and positively influence others Verbal and written communication skills in English This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89789617
