We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly diligent Continuous Improvement Manager to take direct responsibility for the Continuous Improvement and Development of HR and Financial applications to realise maximum benefits for the Council. The successful candidate will ensure delivery of a high quality user experience, including fit for purpose systems, and high standards of access, availability, usability, usefulness and excellent standards of service. You will lead the planning and allocation of resources within the HR and Financial Continuous Improvement team. To be considered for this fantastic opportunity the successful candidate will be ideally educated to bachelor degree level, holds a relevant professional qualification and may have a postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MBA, or other appropriate business, engineering, scientific or industry qualification, or possess significant equivalent work experience in a similar field. The successful candidate will have previous demonstrable experience of support and development of HR and Finance applications or equivalent applications in a senior role. Additionally the successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate project/programme management skills, an in-depth understanding of current developments in the application of Information Systems and is able to assimilate and interpret advice from specialists - technical or otherwise.
